Writing a Business Plan
Every business needs a plan, it doesn't always have to be a fully detailed 400 page report with graphs and pie charts; it could be a single one page document. Our Workshops
We don’t want you falling asleep with a note book in your hand; we want you actively questioning all aspects of your business and drill down to the critical factors. This in turn will help you arrive at new ideas and create a strategy for your future.
We run a series of regular workshops from our office here in Gillingham, Dorset. They are topic based and are aimed at business owners, people who are thinking of starting a business, employees in fact open for anyone to attend. You can come along to one or several - you choose.
We also create bespoke workshops. These are for directors, business owners, managers and staff; we create workshops for you and your people. This way we can create relevant material around your specific needs; it maybe goal setting, planning, strategy, moral or just getting together to find out how you can make your business better and easier.
